Bet cancellation conditions: A bet may be cancelled and the stake refunded if a match does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled time, if a match is cancelled due to a natural disaster, or if incorrect odds are published due to a technical error.
Odds changes: The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. Any subsequent changes to the odds will have no effect on your confirmed bet.
If Bigwim suspects match fixing or abnormal betting patterns, it reserves the right to hold the relevant bets pending investigation and cancel them if necessary.
Bigwim supports all major mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same method — if you deposit via bKash, you must also withdraw via bKash.

You may close your Bigwim account at any time by contacting our support team. If there are no pending bets at the time of closure, your full account balance will be refunded.
